This is a simple data collection sheet and frame work for students to create their own Scatter graphs. I print the framework double sided for students to choose which side they would like to use.
They can choose the data they collect. I usually give students rulers and tape measures to measure height, arm length, hand span etc.

Really basic numeracy assessment. Ive been concerned about the lack of basic numeracy so I taught these basic concepts to my KS3 classes. This is the levelled assessment I am giving them. Please tell me what you think?
p.s. 1 mark for a minor mistake, 2 marks for correct answers. Level boundaries included.
