About Creative Education Trust
Creative Education Trust (CET) is a growing network of seventeen schools, united by a shared commitment to ambition, equity and opportunity. Founded in 2010, the Trust has grown from two schools into a thriving national organisation dedicated to transforming lives through education. Led by CEO Nicole McCartney, Creative Education Trust is driven by a clear mission: to deliver an education that unlocks opportunity, inspires ambition and equips every student for lasting success.
Across its schools, Creative Education Trust offers a strong, knowledge‑rich academic curriculum alongside a vibrant extra‑curricular programme, recognising that academic excellence and personal development go hand in hand. Rigorous classroom learning is complemented by rich experiences beyond the curriculum, ensuring students develop the confidence, character and skills needed to succeed in the future.
At the heart of the Trust is a culture of collaboration and leadership at every level. Each school retains its unique identity while benefiting from the strength and support of a connected, purposeful network. The Trust’s operating model is built on aligned practice, integrated services, and the expertise, challenge and shared learning offered across the wider organisation.
Creative Education Trust invests strategically in leadership development and professional growth, enabling teachers, leaders and specialist staff to grow, innovate and contribute meaningfully to the Trust’s collective mission. This commitment ensures that staff are supported and empowered to make a lasting impact within their schools and communities.
With a strong focus on sustainable growth, Creative Education Trust continues to evolve with clarity, ambition and impact. Proud of its journey so far and excited about the future, the Trust welcomes passionate, values‑driven individuals who share its commitment to educational excellence and are ready to help shape the next chapter of its work
