This covers unit 1: Anatomy and Physiology: 4.1: Aerobic & Anaerobic Respiration . You get the students worksheet, teachers worksheet with answers and powerpoint. Students can use books such as Cambridge IGCSE PE as well to answer the questions. Plus there are independent studies in the worksheet. Plus exam questions at the end. Please note that you may need to alter the powerpoint as I do my lessons on a mac. (Apologise for any grammar or spelling mistakes in advance, if you find some, as I am dyslexic)
Differentiated Learning Objectives
• All: Describe how food is converted into energy and know the names of the two types of respiration.
• Some: Able to write out the equations for both types of respiration and know which one requires oxygen and which one does not.
• Most: Explain actions, activities and sports that require aerobic and anaerobic respiration.
