This is an assessment I created to check progress and gaps in knowledge for KS4 students of the WJEC Hospitality & Catering course

The resource contains the assessment, which is printer friendly, as well as all answers in PowerPoint format to allow for whole class revision and marking

PLEASE NOTE: The Food & Nutrition resources were all designed in the 2020-21 academic year when I taught this subject. I have since left the role and have not been back and checked for any links that no longer work.
