This Rancher, Farmer, Fisherman movie guide consists of 11 high-level, short answer and essay questions that will do more than just ask your students to regurgitate information. Challenge your students to compare the lives of Ranchers in Montana, Farmers in Kansas and Fisherman in the Gulf of Mexico. Contemplate the struggles and dangers that each of these staple occupations are facing. Although the title of this documentary may not sound too exciting, it really helps students connect to important issues that, commonly go unnoticed, and yet affect us all.
