They identify some of the main risks that businesses face and assess how a business might examine their exposure to risk and some of the ways they might minimise risk e.g. sprinkler systems, back-up ICT systems, staff training etc. It focuses upon insurable and uninsurable risks, explains the role of ISO 31000, and then evaluates the impact of both contingency planning and crisis management upon a business and their stakeholders. The slides contain the Quick Fire Five questions and also a practice essay (both with solutions). The pack also contains a FREE set of student revision notes.
