Four, fun activities for teaching numbers 11 - 20 in Spanish. The first slides introduce the numbers. There is guidance on how to pronounce the numbers in Spanish for non specialist teachers. The four activities are:

  1. Matching - students match the numbers to the pictures.
  2. Picture splat - teacher says the number and two students compete to be the first to splat the picture.
  3. What’s missing - numbers disappear from the slide and students must say what has disappeared
  4. Quick flash - numbers are displayed momentarily. Students put their hand up and say what the number is. Click again and the number appears. Click a third time and the word in Spanish appears.
Each game includes key phrases the teacher can use in Spanish.
