A week long project focusing on designing their own subway sandwich according to a brief.
We did this each afternoon and is a great open ended task that introduces children to the enterprise concept.
Side note: we also contacted our local subway store who agreed to donate subway rolls and ingredients so the children could make their subway sandwich design on the final day, which was a great way to end the project.
