5 individual Football lesson plans and cover sheets- ideal for a key stage 3 PE group. This resource provides 5 very individualized Football lessons working on the basic Football skills from dribbling, passing, pass and move, tackling and shooting. These resources would be ideal for an NQT or a PGCE student starting out in PE teaching. All lessons would take roughly between 45-50 minutes long.

This resource has been made for teaching assistants working with weaker swimmers within a whole group set-up. The plans are two individuals lesson. One lesson is aimed at a student with a fear of submerging their head under water and working around this to develop their water confidence. The other lesson deals with students who have more confidence in the water. Both lessons can work well over a swimming block with progressions looking at technique refinement and increasing distance. Both lessons follow a whole stroke approach.

This resources is aimed at pupils with high complex needs and trying to use PE as a means to engage them. This would be suitable for pupils with multiple learning difficulties such as sensory impairments, global learning delay and physical disabilities. This resource is a 6 week block of lessons that slowly add complexity to familiar tasks over the course of the unit. The unit uses Ball games as a means to help engage the pupils in their physical development. The resource also includes an outline of the unit that could be submitted as part of a medium term plan.

This resource is a single lesson plan for Dance (rhythmic movement) for pupils with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD). The lesson focuses on pupils co-ordinating their movements to music. This includes linking audio stimuli (e.g. music) with: general movement, holding an object, shaking an object releasing an object. The lesson plan has been constructed for Pupils working at Phase 1 in the Victoria Curriculum.

This resource assesses pupils with an EHCP when they join a new school or education establishment. It records the level that a pupil is functioning at and can help a new school understand the support that they need going forwards (at their new school). This assessment can then be re-assessed year on year against the initial baseline to demonstrate progress against the baseline and the students entry into a new education establishment (also attached in this document). Always useful when Ofsetd or the LEA needs evidence of a pupils progress.

The resource is aimed at developing the individual movement of complex needs pupils and their general physical literacy. Sessions are geared towards classes with high staffing where the teacher acts a facilitator to the learning taking place and helps to guide the staff working with individual pupils.

The lesson plan can be used over a whole term; information on room layout and suitable equipment has been included. There is also a resource for recording pupils progress included.

This is for pupils who are developing their early stroke work in Front Crawl, Backstroke and Breaststroke. The lesson plans are clearly laid out with simple teaching points to instruct pupils throughout. Pupils are asked questions throughout to test their understanding in addition to developing their swimming skills.
