My name is Sean Kane, and I have experience working across both mainstream and specialist educational settings, supporting children and young people through practical, relationship-based approaches to learning. I have worked with learners with a range of additional needs, including SEN and SEMH, and believe education should be accessible, engaging, and meaningful for every learner. I am also the founder of Make & Grow Workshop, a provision focused on hands-on, practical learning for learners who may struggle within more traditional educational environments. My resources are designed to use clear visuals, structured activities, and practical approaches that help build confidence, independence, and engagement with learning. I believe education is not “one size fits all,” and many learners benefit from visual supports, practical activities, and step-by-step learning experiences.
