Lesson 2 is a powerpoint lesson to teach or review the materials and processes for packaging materials. Includes information, student tasks and past exam based questions linked to the topic. Ideal for revision *For lesson 1: Would suggest to use the addition of physical examples of packaging for the student activity to identify features of packaging/how packaging conforms to the six functions.

Focus is on the sensory analysis of the products base don cooking methods and to introduce the analysis of healthy/unhealthy cooking methods. Multicultural food lesson or assembly/demonstration focused on Indian and Chinese foods. Original purpose was to be used as a demonstration with pupils able to assist in parts of making the foods (recipes included) with additional taste test and evaluation/sensory analysis completed in classes or smaller groups. Could also be used as a lesson or series of lessons to explore cultural foods linked to R.E, Food Technology or linked to Chinese New Year or other special events. Inlcudes powerpoint, worksheets and recipes.
