Because the Earth has wobbled, the Sun now rises in the previous constellation. This constellations wheel dial depicts the Earth revolving around the Sun at each month of the year. Depending where the Earth is, it shows which constellation will be in the sky (2,000 years ago, as astrologers have kept the same date ranges).
