This tracker sheet is to be stuck at the front of students books. Students use this to record their learning homework vocabulary marks. If students pass all six tests in the term then they are able to colour in the Tour de France vest for that term. Students love this and it is really clear to see that Homework is being set and marks are being recorded.

I often make these sheets to support students in practicing key questions and answers. The students practice the conversation repeatedly with a partner for a set number of minutes. When they reach a number in the dialogue and an underlined word they roll the dice and substitute in one from the list below that matches the number that has been rolled.

This set of resources includes: A starter (foundation and higher) students have to match definitions to the environmental problem words. A powerpoint introducing the vocabulary wich contains a scarbble game and a knowledge organiser for this topic. Reading activities similar to the style set at GCSE. A lesson which hopefully will revise many aspects of school life and help students to prepare for the photo card part of the speaking exam. The lesson materials are differentiated for foundation and higher students and can be used in a mixed ability/mixed tier class. The lesson includes revision of language to be used when describing a photo and revision of the present tense endings. There is also a differentiated worksheet for foundation and higher students which provides some support for understanding and structuring answers for the bullet points.

A power point which introduces hair and eye colour to Y7/Y8 French students. It could also be used as a revision tool. It comes with a verb drill sheet on avoir too with answers. A great activity to use as either a: Do Now Task, a retrieval task, a plenary or a revision sheet. Activities include: -tick the phrases that correctly describe the photo -find a synonym for -Correct the adjective (if it needs correcting) -Translate key verbs (English to Spanish)

This is a quick revision activity for students completing GCSE French Edexcel. It is the top 20 most common words that are used on the candidate role play cards. Students have to translate the words from English into French using the wordsearch for support. There is a reminder about adding accents to words that are found in the wordsearch. An answer for the wordsearch is also provided on the worksheet too.
