This can be taken further with practical lessons, where pupils create their moulds from a range of materials, I’ve previously used clay, acrylic, 3D printers, lego or wood. I have purchased a roll of food safe vacuum form plastic for £60, which has lasted me for 200 pupils so far. The moulds can also be reused.

A menu of 9 tasks pupils can choose from, in various degrees of difficulty. This is ideal for a one off lesson, or to use as cover work, to set when pupils are working from home or setting as general homework.

Three levels of tasks aimed at Ks3 Y7/Y8. This works great as a home learning resource. The backgrounds of text have been kept plain, so the document can be easily edited to suit different tasks. For example, drag and drop the PDF pages in to PowerPoint to easily edit over the written content.
