I've taken each of the longer (5/6 mark) questions from aqa papers and put them into this PowerPoint. Students practice each question under timed conditions (timer on each slide - click on the box to activate. Give 5 mins for each question). Then use the mark scheme to mark/feedback.

In this activity, students use Hooke's Law to make their own forcemeter from a spring. They then plot their results on the line graph (there are two axes available - one provided the scale for weaker students) You will need to prepare 3 mystery objects which students will weigh using their forcemeter. They can use their graph to work out the approximate weights of the objects.

This worksheet supports students in carrying out two simple experiments: a) how does the type of surface affect the time taken for a ball to roll down the ramp (eg wood or bubble wrap)? b) how does the height of the ramp affect the time taken for the ball to roll down? Two practice papers (31 and 34 marks) which can be used to prepare students for the exam. I've tried to anticipate the sort of questions which will come up, based on previous papers.
