A booklet (with answers) to practise translation tasks on Year 2 topics. The booklet can be used in class, as assessment or given to students for independent learning. The booklet comes with a separate mark scheme/answers booklet. (PDD and Word doc) For each topic, there are 10 sentences from English to French (45 marks) + 2/3 paragraphs to translate from French to English (45 marks). The translations include key vocab on the topic as well as varied grammar points (including more complex structures and “traps”.) At the end of each topic, there is a recap page, where students can add new vocab they have learned as well as tricky grammar aspects that they would need to revise.
