This resource relates to mixed consonant-vowel-consonant (CVC) phonic word work. There are 2 sets of worksheets which you can use to add to your work on CVC words. There is cut and paste and writing. The two sets of worksheet activities are:

Cut and paste the correct word and glue next to the picture.

Choose the correct word and write it on the handwriting guide lines.
The mixed CVC words to cut and paste and/or write are:
van, dog, pig, man, hug, log, mud, mug, sun, dig, bud, nun, box, hut, cut, jet, six, fox, fix, ram, mad, wet, mad, cat, jam, rat, sub, rub, peg, red, leg, map, bed, nap, wax, bib, bus, web, zit and kit.
Ideal for literacy centre work. Students can work independently or you could use in small group work to practise segmentation and blending to read and write CVC words.
