This bundle includes a 100 slide ppt presentation with activities based mainly on the textbook but also a lot of additional stuff created by me, as well as 3 worksheets created by me or inspired on different sources (such as news articles). Please read the notes at the bottom of each slide as i often include instructions on how to conduct an activity or simply the source (there’s a listening from the old AS textbook as well - no problem if you cannot do it as a listening because you dont have access to it, I always include transcripts for these so it can be done as a reading task or you could record yourself).

4 activities designed to introduce how to describe siblings in terms of saying what their names and age are and to show students how to give a short opinion on them. This is to be used, ideally, after teaching children how to say how many siblings they have, and whether they’re older or younger. The document includes a dialogue for students to put in order, a quick vocab task based on words from said dialogue, and a collaborative listening tasks for students to be the speakers. Students will be able to create their own dialogue by the end of the lesson.

This bundle includes units 1 to 5 from Module 3 “Mi familia" in Mira 1. There is a ppt for each sub-module (3.1 and 3.2 are joined together though) which includes way more than what the textbook offers. There are a range of activities to do in the classroom, worksheets, vocab tests some homework ideas, and also worksheets. Look at the bottom of each slide to see any notes that might be relevant to understand what to do in a certain activity or where to locate it on the textbook. The word documents are numbered to go with each sub-module, e.g. 3.5, 3.3 etc

Materials to compliment the first four pages of the AQA AS level textbook on tradiciones y costumbres. Some of the tasks have been adapted to the textbook, inspired on other resources and others are just made up. It includes an introduction to the present subjunctive with a few activities to practise within the context of festivals. It also includes a reading and a listening on bullfighting which is a topic thats not on the textbook but that i find particularly key to touch up on. This resource includes a 136-slide ppt presentation I prepared to teach the new Edexcel International GCSE 9-1 for my Year 4 (10) group. As the textbook isn’t great, I created many extra resources to combine with working on the textbook. That includes introduction of new tenses, among others. This resource includes all you need to introduce these 3 tenses of the subjunctive to your students; many hours of work have gone into it. It mainly focuses on Mi vida diaria, so you will find a lot more resources for this sub-unit than for el mundo hispano. This bundle was specifically created for a very able, top set - good news is that it’s easily adaptable and so you can tweak it to your own pupils’ needs. A nice, desk cheat sheet where our students will have a set of key phrases in Spanish (and their meanings in English below) facing them to encourage them practise the target language as much as possible in the classroom. On the side of the paper that is facing the teacher you will find their names written down to help you learn these, and 4 things they want us to know about themselves (e.g. a drawing of them riding a horse, a foot ball, music, etc) with a phrase that defines each picture. Perfect resource to do in the first days of school where children have no or very little knowledge of Spanish. It works really well because it helps us remember their names and get to know them a little better. Simply print it off, cut it out, fold it in two and stick the small flaps to the other half of the paper so that it can stand on your students’ desk.
