During the 11+, having an understanding of broad and varied vocabulary is super important. Give this list to your students at the start of the year to guide them through different words to learn!
11+Knowledge Tracker

11+Knowledge Tracker

PLEASE NOTE: These trackers only contain maths and English objectives, not verbal/non verbal reasoning. I created this resource to easily keep track of the objectives I need to teach my 11+ students, and how they are achieving within them. Resource features all objectives that may need teaching to cover the content of the exam. As this is a Word Document, you can delete/add objectives as appropriate to each individual child. The RAG rating allows you to track what needs to be taught again. These tables currently feature the test papers I have purchased/downloaded - you will need to delete these and add ones you have from your own collection.

11+ Session Baseline Assessment - Maths (Number)

11+ Baseline Assessment - Maths (Number) This is an assessment I created to find out the basic capabilities of my new 11+ students. I’d seen assessments online but they were all very long and laborious and I wanted something quick that could be completed in a shorter space of time and told me the areas which needed attention!
Reward Cards

Reward Cards

(0)
Reward cards for children to promote and reward positive behaviour! I use these with my tutees and they adore them. They place a sticker on each gap and get to tick their reward when all four have been collected. Laminate them and use easy peel stickers to make them last forever! You can write names on them to personalise. Plus, you get to decide the types of behaviours that will earn a loyalty point, making it a truly flexible resource. Currently four fun designs. Purchase separately or altogether.

Autumn Themed - Addition and Subtraction Codebreaker

(0)
Practicing column addition and subtraction can sometimes become dull, so liven it up with this codebreaker activity. Children have to answer 7 calculations. Each calculation’s answer has a corresponding letter, on separate leaf shapes which you can cut into cards. Once all the answers have been collected and the letters rearranged, they spell out the Autumn themed word “harvest.” Make it extra fun by hiding the leaf answers around the room! Laminate to keep them year after year.
