Provision Map - Connected Insights

Three Tes products. One complete view of every student.

Provision Map already helps SENCOs understand need, track progress and plan effective support.

To help improve understanding even further, we'll be releasing more seamless links with other Tes products, including safeguarding insights from MyConcern and behaviour and attendance data from Class Charts.

What connected insights will add to Provision Map

Customers who have all 3 products will be able to:

  • View SEND plans and interventions within a fuller student picture
  • See behaviour and safeguarding context alongside need
  • Build richer evidence to support decisions and reviews
  • Reduce admin by linking information across teams

Why it matters

Support, need and progress rarely sit in isolation.

With a seamless connection to Class Charts and MyConcern, SENCOs see what influences a student’s progress — whether it’s behaviour patterns, attendance, safeguarding factors or classroom engagement.

This helps schools act earlier, plan better and provide more targeted support.
