These worksheets are a fun Agony Aunt / Uncle style that allows your students to demonstrate what they have learnt in a fun and relatable way. They also provide you with great feedback to assess student understanding.

You can use these in English lessons to get students to reflect on characters in any book. Students can consider the struggles the characters face, whilst providing the opportunity to offer them advice too.

These would also work well when teaching Life Skills topics such as Cyber Bullying or Stress Management.

Once they have learnt the skills you have taught them, they can make up scenarios and offer appropriate advice as an Agony Aunt / Uncle in a magazine! They could even take it in turns to write up scenarios for their peers and challenge one another to offer advice on how to deal with the problem. This will work with so many different scenarios and skills!

To personalise their own column, they have the opportunity to be creative and draw their own caricature of themselves as an Agony Aunt / Uncle!

*UPDATE* Now also includes:
• Q&A boxes without lines
• Whole page for one Q&A to allow for more detail
• An editable document for students to type onto the resource

Your students will love this resource and really feel like a pro sharing their newly learned expertise in their own magazine column!
