Phonics Foundations: Letters S A T P I N

This phonics teaching resource is an exploration of the initial sounds S, A, T, P, I, and N, tailored for early literacy learners.
Included is a planning sheet with objectives and 4 activity ideas.
There is a large colour flashcard for each of the initial sounds and these are colour coded to match in with the rest of the resources.
A set of three worksheets for each letter is provided. The first worksheet includes 12 colour images representing words beginning with the specific sound. The same images are also provided in black and white, offering flexibility for different teaching needs. A set of 12 corresponding word cards are also included, enabling students to match words to pictures, enhancing their recognition and comprehension of each initial sound.
