Economics Game

Economics Game

An AS economics game using true or false questions to solve an incomplete QR code. When scanned the quote says 'Education is the best economic policy there is' which was first said by Tony Blair. This would be ideal as a quick end of term game that can be used for revision. A teacher copy of the correct QR code and correct answers to the questions is also included. You can adapt the questions if needed to suit another subject.

Economics: Lesson 82 - Trade Game (International trade) + resources

Economics: Lesson 82 - Trade Game (International trade) + resources

This presentation contains a whole lesson! Specifically, this lesson is for teaching about international trade, globalisation and its issues. It has very strong cross-curricular links in maths by linking the objective of the game to making an area of 24cm2 as well as strong citizenship elements. It is one of those lessons that pupils always remember!! and ask to do again and again!! I have also attached a lesson plan to help you to run the game properly, with details about what to give what groups. I will at some point hopefully add in a video to help show what the game should look like for those who haven’t done it before. Email/message if you have any questions. I have used the PowerPoint slides to structure the lesson, specifically slides to prompt/force myself to ask those key questions at the right moments, slides to explain keywords with short and easy explanations, prompts for me the teacher when to use the different activities, games, handouts, articles etc… that make the lesson up as. All the teaching presentations, include starters and plenaries, normally a quick discussion, but sometimes something else and differentiated learning objectives. ALL 82 LESSONS are available as ONE BIG BUNDLE !! NOTE: please browse my shop for more excellent free and premium resources. As always please rate and feedback on any purchases or downloads. Thank you for your support.
