Simple powerpoint of the days of the week with a food item to accompany it. Use on the whiteboard or print out onto card and cut along the middle so that students can order the days of the week and they see if they can remember the food item the teacher had on that day, i.e. on Monday, I.she/he had a cup of tea. Very simple but useful for beginner ESL to learn days of the week and basic food/drink or a memory/sequencing game for SEN.

Times Tables Connect 4

(0)
Played just like a standard game of Connect 4 but pupils need to solve the times tables and order to colour in the square. If they get four in a row, they claim a point. Winner is the one with the most points. Good for paired work, one-to-one catch up games, tutoring and revision of times tables. Times tables 0-10 included. Just print out the sheets for the required number of players. Have fun!
