Multipurpose maths and literacy resource for use in both Nursery, Reception and Year 1. The ‘Say it, Make it, Write it’ resource can be used for a range of literacy or maths based tasks. Some ideas are:
Name written out for child for them to practice saying, they make out of magnet letters and then practice writing.
A word card for them to read from, they make out of magnet letters and then practice writing.
Number given, child make on on tens frame using playdough or small toys, then practise writing.
Number sentence given, make answer using counters and then write answer.
