10 mental maths sessions for KS2

This pack is designed for teaching a series of 10 mental maths sessions, covering a range of important revision skills. Topics covered include, mental calculation, fractions, shape, measures, money, problem solving and place value.
The PowerPoints can be used on screen for whole class activities (approx. 20 minutes for each slide) or printed for independent/small group tasks.
The harder versions are aimed at Years 5 and 6, while the easier versions are more suitable for younger or less able children. Each session also contains a challenge task for more able pupils.
Includes:
• 4 PowerPoint presentations of the 10 sessions (easier and harder versions) - these also include brief teaching notes
• 4 answer sheets
