A-level PE EDEXCEL  (Spec 2016) 2.2: Preparation and Training Methods P1

This covers section 2.2: Preparation and training methods in relation to maintaining and improving physical activity and performance You get the students worksheet, teachers worksheet with answers and powerpoint. Students will have to use books(Roscoe and Roscoe) as well to answer the questions as there are independent studies in the worksheet. Plus exam questions at the end. Please note that you may need to alter the powerpoint as I do my lessons on a mac. Apologise if you find spelling mistakes as I am dyslexic.

Apply the Periodisation to an athlete’s schedule
Calculate the methods of training and their appropriateness for different activities:
