An immersive, ready-to-run A-Level chemistry escape room. 100-minute mission (perfect for a double lesson), zero marking, rich evidence trail, and built-in differentiation.
AEGIS is a narrative-driven, classroom escape room where students act as analysts inside a (fictional) lab. They race to unlock a secure system by interpreting data, cross-checking documents, and solving chemistry-anchored puzzles under time pressure. It’s perfect for end-of-term event, club, induction, or enrichment.
I spent about 22 hours creating this, and will continuously maintain it. Hence the higher price. Please leave me a review if you enjoyed it!

- Ideal for end-of-term events, enrichment, or STEM days.
FAQs
- Do I need laptops for students? Yes, or computers. Mobile phone screens won’t be large enough to run the site.
- Can I edit? The files provided are not editable, but obviously you can make changes to the physical files if you wish - the html game is not editable.
- How long is the game? 40-100 minutes playtime depending on whether you complete both halves.
- Does it require prior topic knowledge? Yes, some - although with careful guiding (or use of the data sheet provided) students could complete this. However it is designed to be solvable with general A-Level chem/phy/bio knowledge and careful reading.

My students loved this, they were really engaged and I was very impressed with the computer challenge! It was hard, and took a little longer than said, but overall very good!
