All About Me Worksheet (supplied with UK and US English versions)

Are you looking for an activity for your class to complete at the start of the school year? Or perhaps a new student is joining your class and you would like to get to know their likes and dislikes.

I actually used this worksheet with my class at the beginning of the school year and then again at the start of term 2. It was useful to note differences in friendship groups, how likes and dislikes change.

This “All About Me” worksheet has space for your student to record:

1. Name
2. Birthday
3. Age
4. A picture of themself
5. Family
6. Friends
7. Pets
8. Hobbies
9. Favourite Colour
10. Favourite Food
11. Favourite Book
12. Favourite Subject

*There are four versions of the worksheet and you will get all four.
The worksheets are designed to used in schools that use British or American English, and for all ages from Reception (preK) to Year 6 (grade 5)

1. US English with blank face to help your students to draw themselves
2. US English with a blank box where your student can draw their face or whole body
3. UK English with blank face
4. UK English with a blank box

The boxes have been left unlined so that you or the student can choose whether to write or draw
The boxes also have visual clues to help students that are not yet reading or ESL students who need extra support.
