This resource supports young people to focus on their breathing to manage their emotional regulation. It includes:
- Four colourful ‘Breathing to relax’ prompt cards
- Four ‘Breathing to relax’ flip books
- A Social Story ™ to guide the student through using the cards
For many young people, emotional regulation is a skill they haven’t learned yet. This card supports them through breathing to help them calm down if they are feeling overwhelmed. With anime-style illustration, it is targeted to the interests lots of our young people have.
The illustrations of this resource were made by myself, so do not use in any way other than given in the resource.
