This 7 page workbook takes learners through different aspects of food hygiene issues in food technology lessons and real life kitchen situations, i.e. personal hygiene, food preparation, food storage. This is an ideal resource for learners to complete in class or as revision, homework or cover work.
Tasks include logical sequencing, discussing and explaining reasons for rules, discussing and explaining consequences of bad practice, illustrating rules to encourage good practice.
