In this activity, students draw or create a large rain cloud that represents their thoughts and feelings. There is a template version for students to use as well as creating their own. Through guided prompts, they reflect on:

What worries them
Their triggers
Who supports them
What helps them grow

This activity encourages students to understand that:

Everyone has worries.

Triggers can be managed.

Support systems are all around them.

Even rain helps things grow.

By visually mapping their emotions and supports, students are reminded that difficult feelings are temporary and that they are not alone. My Rain Cloud promotes emotional awareness, resilience, and confidence while reinforcing the message that they are supported, valued, and capable of growth.
