Periodicity of ionisation energies and melting points OCR AS Chemistry

This complete year 12 lesson covers the periodicity of ionisation energies and melting points. The section on ionisation energies includes the successive ionisation energies of a particular element and the variation in first ionisation energies across periods and down groups. The section on melting points includes the periodicity of structure and the variation in melting points across the periodic table.
