Pick a Pumpkin Colouring Competition

A fun whole-school pumpkin colouring competition featuring 10 creative ways to decorate a pumpkin. The resource includes a simple six-section pumpkin template that children can colour using themes such as rainbow, patterns, Halloween, nature, space and more. Perfect for encouraging creativity, celebrating individuality and creating a colourful whole-school display.

Display all entries around the school as a giant Pumpkin Patch Gallery.
You could award prizes for Most Colourful, Most Creative, Best Patterns, Best Autumn Design, Funniest Pumpkin, Spookiest Pumpkin, Best Use of the Six Sections, Most Original Idea, Staff Favourite, and Overall Pumpkin Champion.
For fairness across the school, you may want to choose winners from each year group first, then select one Whole-School Pumpkin Champion from the year-group winners.
