Reflexive verbs conjugation practice (Spanish)

GREAT for classwork, homework, review, study guide, or sub plan.

This practice involves conjugating 19 reflexive infinitives in the present tense and writing 8 original sentences.

Part 1: Conjugate all infinitives in the present tense and include the reflexive pronoun (RP).

*Students will conjugate each infinitive for all 6 subjects. A structured template is provided.

*Infinitives included: despertarse, acostarse, bañarse, desayunarse, peinarse, cortarse, afeitarse, ponerse, maquillarse, aburrirse, enojarse, callarse, vestirse , dormirse, divertirse, probarse, preocuparse, desvestirse, levantarse

*Note: The English translation of each infinitive is provided.

Part 2: Choose any 8 infinitives from part 1 and write 8 original reflexive sentences with the guidelines below.

  1. No collaboration or on-line translators. You can use your notes and a dictionary, if needed.

  2. 8 words minimum per sentence.

  3. Use a different subject (person) in every sentence

  4. Sentences that read alike or are repetitive will not receive credit.

  5. Circle your conjugated verb and post the word count at the end of every sentence.

Answer key is included on pages 8-13 for part 1 (Conjugations only). For part 2, student answers will vary.
