Teacher Resource Kit - Microsoft Excel

Hi… welcome to this Teacher Resource Kit for Microsoft Excel. It has been designed to introduce any audience to Microsoft Excel from zero knowledge. The core teaching resources are 4 PowerPoint presentations for you to amend as you see fit and adapt for your class. Allocate time for students to try the various elements demonstrated.

There are 4 Word documents that accompany each PowerPoint to use as handouts if appropriate, and 2 practice spreadsheets with their accompanying solutions for the last 2 presentations.

Also included are a set of 4 practice tasks along with instructions and solutions… A ‘Really Useful Functions’ set of tasks, again with instructions and solutions to some common formulas such as VLOOKUP, CONCATENATE, DAYS and MAXIF and others.

Finally there is a ‘Fun Spreadsheets’ set which can be used for extension work as students will have to work out how they were put together and create their own versions. Instructions and 4 challenges are included (Company Order Form, Chess, BattleShips and a Random Card Picker).
