Golden Triangle Monopoly - GCSE PE

Golden Triangle Monopoly - GCSE PE

I made a monopoly board based around the link between Media / Sponsorship / Sport You will need to laminate and cut them out - no money - pupils use a piece of A4 and calculate money. No you must but all sport in same color to buy medals (instead of houses) It involves Exam style questions to help as well. I have tried it and was a great success. took them just over and hour to all progress really well.

Physical education theory scheme of work ideas

Physical education theory scheme of work ideas

This is a table with ideas and brief descriptions for theory elements to enhance / run alongside a physical education scheme, provide sport based cross-curricular classroom based lessons (such as using sports journalism in an English lesson), or form part of a PSHE scheme. This would be ideal for late KS2 and KS3. Please note, within the table it references resources and their locations, however, these are not included directly with this resource and refers to my personal drive. Some of the resources within are uploaded separately on TES or you could create your own based on the descriptors. You will find AQA unit awards referenced within if your school uses them.

Values in sport

Values in sport

Designed for use in a special school with very mixed ability levels. The values in sport task sheet provides a printout that key stage 2, 3 and 4 could complete independently in small groups or teachers could use it as a template for a lesson discussion linking values to sports. This would link well with key sporting events such as the Olympics. Students create a poster that identifies 10 values that can be practiced through sports participation. Outcomes / skills practiced: teamwork, organisation, creativity, the importance of sport, values based learning The confidence in sport worksheet provides a tool for students to evaluate their own confidence. This can be supported by the PowerPoint or the PowerPoint could be used as a resource to support your own lesson in confidence as it is not sport specific.
