Cooking has always been part of my life—a way to connect, create, and give others confidence. In a busy kitchen, I learned how vital clear organisation is, and during my PGCE, I discovered how rewarding it is to teach those skills to young people. Now, as a Design & Technology teacher, I create fully‑prepared KS3 Food Technology resources that make lessons smooth, practical, and accessible—helping teachers pass on essential life skills that students can carry with them long after school.
