Numbers 1-90 to print off and cut out. I put them in an envelope and pick numbers out at random and read out the numbers in Spanish (could be done for any language). I bought bingo cards really cheap from Wilkinsons instead of making my own.

Students have to guess the TV programmes. I found out what the Spanish call each of the programmes instead of translating them directly so you will need to explain this to the students. I used this as a starter with my Y10s and it seemed to go down well! Hope it's useful Dannielle

Twitter board, levels sheets, a range of vocab etc.\n\nChallenge capsules - to be printed and cut out and put into individual tubs - you can get packs of tubs in most pound shops! When students have finished their work they choose a challenge capsule and complete the task. Sheets I have used as part of my 'Independent Learning Folder&'. Each sheet photocopied several times and laminated. If students are struggling to act on feedback given they find the appropriate sheet in the folder to help them. \n\nGiving opinions, adjectives, connectives, time, frequency phrases, giving extra details, how to form and when to use the different tenses
