The resources were originally created for high school classes comprised of children with learning difficulties. The resources are made to avoid distraction by using well-spaced text and minimising graphics. The aim is to improve literacy, numeracy, living and social skills by providing engaging, challenging and age-appropriate resources. They cover a wide range of subject areas and year levels and many include ideas for differentiation, lesson plans and extension work.

These are great for generating ideas and discussions and allow for extension. They are easily adaptable for whole class, individual, partner or group activities and are ideal for use in a Writing Centre. All are printable, include instructions and have answers. Perfect for an introduction to the topic for younger years but also a good revision tool for older students. Children can practise reading, explaining, interpreting, predicting and participating in discussions. Can be used as an individual or partner activity or as part of group work.
