A fun and interactive lesson to do with all age groups. The Presentation includes all the verbs to do the bingo game with, the bingo game allows learners to see the verb and to work out the simple past, simple present and simple future tense and cross these out when they find them. The worksheet includes 2 different worksheets, 1 for lower level learners where the past, present and future tenses are easy to recognise and to complete, whereas the 2nd one is for higher level learners who need to change the spelling of the word in order to gain the past, present or future tense of the verb.

Really good resource to use when teaching gradient to learners. My learners have found this really beneficial and has helped them to calculate gradient using the formulas and examples provided. Worksheets can be found online for free. Please leave feedback if you do use it.

Pie Charts made simple

Most young people struggle to understand how to create pie charts and so this simple presentation breaks down the steps for learners to practice completing the calculations in order to know and understand the process to work out how many degrees a section of a pie chart should take.

For learners to identify the different types of text that they can come across, each type of text has questions on the bottom for learners to answer. This resource also enables learners to identify the key features of text that shows what type of text they are including headlines, links, as well as the language that can be used. This worksheet can be used to challenge higher level learners as you are able to add additional questions to these, getting them to highlight parts of the text and use the correct terminology for these so if there are any lists of three etc. Really effective worksheet!
Understanding Instructions

Understanding Instructions

Two activities provided one for higher level learners and one for lower level learners to understand how instructions should be laid out and how to predict the order it should go in. All you have to do is print and cut up for learners to then put the instructions in the correct order. This activity works really well for all learners and can be followed on with a task of writing their own instructions for either a hobby they do, a recipe they know how to make or even how to build something.
