This resource is catered to online/remote learning. It is a 6 weeks scheme of work which explores key technical theatre roles and systems. The lessons contain useful links, images and tasks that can be easily differentiated and altered for students without internet access. The lessons also contain extension tasks. Each lessons explores a different element of technical theatre. This resource is a 6 week unit of work aimed at remote learning for KS3/4 Drama or English. This can be easily adapted to suit the needs of in class lessons too. This resource is catered to online/remote learning. These fully complete power-point lessons explore the construction of original character, monologues/sililoquy and performance skills, which result in a solo performance. This is a full 6 lesson scheme of work exploring Macbeth. The scheme included full prepared power-point lessons which contain practical activities exploring story, characters, language and themes of the play. Each lesson focuses on a different part of the narrative and the characters involved, offering a well rounded understanding of the whole story and drama skills and techniques. This has been a much enjoyed KS3 scheme, but could be amended to suit KS4 also. **Lesson 1 **- Introduction to the play and the battle **Lesson 2 **- Meeting the witches **Lesson 3 **- Exploring the relationship between Macbeth and Lady Macbeth Lesson 4 - The decision to kill the king (inc dagger speech) **Lesson 5 - **The ghost of Banquo **Lesson 6 **- The end of the story and preparing for assessment. The final lesson culminates in an assessment task. All scripts required are included within the power-points.
