I used these grids when I was training in a year 5 class and again in year 6. The children loved the challenge and the progression onto the next level. Two differentiated sheets of measure word problems and answers. Using in Year 5 to extend into use of remainders in money and length context.

Multiplication challenge sheet which I use as a starter once a week in Year 3. Chn have to answer all questions correctly in three mins to move onto the next challenge/multiplication table. I also get the chn to peer mark this activity. Edit for your preferred table by using Ctrl and F, and replace the ‘z&’ with your chosen table. Can also add additional lines to tables or shorten the time to add challenge higher in KS2.
