I made this specifically for a student who struggles to regulate their emotions; can get dragged down by minor incidents, avoids ownership of their part in issues and focuses on the negatives always. They are going to use these prompts when dealing with any emotion and also take times to write in the notebook (alarm set) things they are grateful for/positive points in their day. spaces left in sections for children to add their own ideas
