The lesson revolves around a differentiated reading comprehension task based on reviews of people’s experiences at La Bouffe restaurant. This culminates in students being asked to write their own restaurant reviews about a visit. Some may wish to use an online voice recorder, such as Vocaroo to record and submit their restaurant reviews.
