I am a senior educational coordinator with significant experience in motivating and enhancing the productivity of those around me. I enjoy bringing out the best in others and helping to build legacies that benefit as many people as possible. I am a passionate and enthusiastic driver of modernizing structures within schools and  implementing effective change management across schools in a region. I have been involved in the role of project manager and consultant for national initiatives including PISA4UAE and drafting TIMSS International Assessment Reports.
