All 3 tracks are around 5 minutes in length and feature sounds and gentle music for students to listen and be mindful for a while.
There are worksheets included with writing exercises about what they heard (Hand out after so as not to distract). There are also some other printable mindfulness exercises included in this bundle.

Can you hum a few Christmas tunes? In this printable Christmas activity, students take turns to hum Christmas Carols to their teams. Cards are turned to reveal the Carol to be hummed and point values from the card are awarded if the team guesses correctly.
Advanced version - Get students to sing words from their text books to the tune of the Christmas Carol Card they turned over. FUNNY, CHALLENGING and potentially a good way to remember some information :)
