This resource aims to revise the topics of family, descriptions, pets and colours. There is a reading comprehension created with questions and answers included. The questions are extended and can be differentiated as the latter ones are more difficult. The reading also allows students to revise and consolidate verbs. The students should then aim to produce a similar written text using that as a guide. A peer assessment sheet is also included which reminds students of what they need to include and sentence starters are included for each topic. This allows students to work independently to form their own paragraph and hints are given to use verbs and adjectives correctly. The student then uses this same sheet to peer mark another persons work and all the hints and sentence starters allow students to mark work carefully.
