MAT dashboard

We've added a jobs tab to the dashboard page for MATs in Tes Portal. If you’re responsible for recruitment in a MAT, you will be able to see all the jobs that are live for schools within your group. In addition to showing these jobs, you will also be able to see which school the job is linked to and how the job advert is performing.

Interview scorecard is now available in our ATS

Each interviewer can make notes and score candidates against each category. When this information is added to the scorecard, an average overall score for the category is calculated and presented for that candidate. The Interview scorecard helps with GDPR compliance as it allows all the reviewers of a particular candidate to record their individual assessments in one centrally located place.

Tes vacancies on your school’s website

You can now show all your job vacancies that are live on tes.com on your own school’s website including the search functionality making it easier for candidates to find jobs which, in turn, can increase the number of applications to your role. Once candidates click on the job on your website they will apply through Tes and all applications will go into your school’s Applicant Tracking System.

We launched smartReach*

smartReach promotes your job advert across tes.com so you can reach teachers browsing the website who match your job description. A personalised message will be sent to all suitable teachers - which will not only allow you to reach a wider audience but also help you to reach teachers who may not have been browsing anywhere on tes.com. These teachers will then have the option to send you questions to find out more about the role before applying in full.
