About Doha British School
About the School
Doha British School is an Outstanding (BSO rated) international school in Qatar, delivering the National Curriculum of England up to and including GCSE/IGCSE. The school caters for ages 3 – 18 and offers the International Baccalaureate Diploma, BTEC and AS levels as post-16, pre-university qualifications. From its origin 24 years ago, the school now occupies two modern campuses, with over 2,000 students on roll in the Primary and Secondary schools at Ain Khaled. The school at Al Wakra currently caters for over 400 Pre-School to Year 10 pupils and is expanding. We are in the advanced stages of construction of a new 3 to 18 school north of Doha; Rawdat Al Hamama branch, which is scheduled to open in August 2021. Cultural diversity is celebrated and currently the student body compromises approximately 90 different nationalities. The school has full accreditation from CIS, BSME, BSO and QNSA and almost all of our teachers are UK graduates and PGCE qualified.
